San Vigilio is a Benedictine Abbey erected in the Lombard period. From 1443 on the initiative of the bishop of Bergamo, the Vallombrosian monks of the abbey of Brescia completed its construction in 1481. A careful restoration has brought the structures back to their original splendor: the church is in fact available for private events.
