Package Policies

Booking & Payment Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due at check-in. Cancellation Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full package price. Check-In/Check-Out Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 1:00 PM. Early check-in/late check-out may be available for an extra fee. Modifications Modifications are allowed up to 7 days before arrival. Last-minute changes may be subject to availability and extra charges. Room Decor & Special Requests Decor and package inclusions cannot be changed once confirmed. Special requests (e.g., flowers, dinner preferences) must be made at least 72 hours in advance and could inquire extra charges. Age Requirement Guests must be 18 years or older to book the package. Alcohol We sell alcohol to guests aged 18 and over. Pets Pets allowed in the rooms with a pet fee. Health & Safety Please notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance.
