4. Sweet “Khao Neow Mamuang” Mango with butterfly pea sticky rice and creamy coconut milk.

1. Sharing Starter “Deep-Fried Caprese” Layers of crispy tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, pesto, wild rocket, and homemade yogurt.
2. Soup “Wild Mushroom Soup” Creamy mushroom soup with true essence, served with herbed crostini. Main Course “Canadian Lobster” Squid ink pasta with Canadian lobster and cherry tomatoes in a creamy lobster sauce, served with herbed crostini. or “New Zealand Lamb” Rack of lamb on a bed of sweet potato mash and maple-roasted pumpkin, served with lamb jus.
3. Sweet “Lady Heart” Strawberry mousse with mixed berries.
