Food Tours:

We will go together to the historic market of Catania. For those who don't know the Fish Market, we're talking about largest open-air market in the city. It stands a few meters from Via Gisira and every morning, from first light of dawn, our market animates the square and our streets with smells and perfumes of Sicily. Together we will purchase the raw materials necessary to create the menu proposed by our chef.

Cooking class + lunch:

Once back at the hotel together with our chef guests will be able to experiment with tradition by all together preparing the foundations for be able to create the dishes that will make up the menu.

At the end of the class you can taste the delicacies you have created on our magnificent panoramic terrace
