What to Do
The desert offers such a range of thrilling adventures! Hop aboard a Jeep and take a heart-stopping ride over the dunes. Take a more sedate journey on the back of a camel or try you hand at falconry. There are a host of desert safaris to try out – each as memorable and fascinating as the next. And don’t forget archery, horse-trekking or simply lazing by the pool.
The Food of Love
Choice is key at Bab Al Shams. For traditional Arabic cuisine, head to Al Hadheerah where wood-fired ovens and spit roasts are the starting point for delicious meals, as well as excellent entertainment. Go Indian at Masala, an eatery with an impressively authentic menu that includes some very tempting vegetarian options. Finally, for a touch of the European, make it Le Dune Pizzeria. Fresh, piping hot and yummy pizza every time!
