Bailiffscourt has 39 beautiful bedrooms within a series of charming houses and cottages set in private parkland. All rooms are individually decorated using beautiful fabrics and filled with antiques and art. A choice of medieval-style rooms and more modern contemporary rooms, some with four-poster beds and open working fires - please ask at the time of booking and we will be happy to describe each room and find the best fit for you. We encourage guests to arrive early and leave late in order to fully enjoy everything Bailiffscourt has to offer including Award-winning spa & treatment rooms, tennis courts, indoor & outdoor heated infinity pools, Award-winning dining, Log fires, 30 acres of private parkland with paths and woods, Climping beach, Helipad, and our friendly, professional staff.

The Food of Love

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, mid-morning coffee or a full afternoon tea. With its medieval architecture, mullioned windows and tapestry-hung walls our restaurant is a stunning setting. Or you may like to tuck yourself away in one of our extremely comfortable lounges or simply order room service. When the sun shines head outside to our rose-clad courtyard or rose garden. The series of lounges around our inner courtyard are unique and endlessly appealing for a glass of wine, afternoon tea or simply to sit a while and read the papers.

We use quality, locally sourced ingredients from Sussex on our menu. We have great relationships with local suppliers, some of whom we have been working with for many years. They know exactly what we want and they deliver excellent produce to us every time and this ensures that the high standards we set are continuously delivered - it is a team effort, from field (or sea) to fork.
