Guarantee: Credit card required as a guarantee upon booking.
Cancellation policy: Should it prove necessary to alter or cancel the reservation, we kindly request that you contact us at least 48 hours prior to arrival (3pm local time), in order to avoid a one-night-cancellation charge. This also applies to the resident (already in-house guest).
Arrival time: Check in time is from 3pm. Whilst we make every effort to accommodate guests without delay, we cannot guarantee that the room will be ready any earlier. If morning access is essential, we would suggest that you reserve the room from the previous evening. Alternatively, we will be delighted to store any luggage until the room is available. Checkout time is by midday.
Room Requests: If a specific room or suite is requested, we will do our utmost to ensure this room or suite is available for you. However, please note that there may be circumstances outside the control of the hotel that can affect the room allocation, therefore room requests cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
Transport: Car transfers to and from the airport as well as throughout your stay can be arranged, the cost of which can be charged to the room account and be settled on departure. If required, please advise us of the flight details and the times. Cars need to be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Theatre: If you would like any recommendations, or tickets for a show in London, please let us know and our concierge will be delighted to assist you. In order for us to purchase any tickets, we will require a credit card number and an expiry date.
Restaurant: Blakes Restaurant is rated one of the best in London and is usually heavily booked in advance. In order to avoid disappointment, please advise us if you would like to make a reservation.
