The village of Acquaiura is located in Umbria, in the center of Italy, 115 km from Rome and 6 km from the town of Spoleto.
The Borgo is the ideal place for groups of friends or families who can rent all the houses and the Borgo exclusively.
The houses in the village are elegantly furnished and equipped with all comforts including air conditioning, smart TV and Wifi internet connection.
The houses are surrounded by a well-kept garden with lawn and flowers. Guests have access to barbecue, oven, play and fitness area.
In the middle of the garden there is a panoramic swimming pool with sun loungers, deck chairs, umbrellas and shower.
A large park is available to guests, in the valley and at the foot of the mountain, with a playground, basketball court, five-a-side football pitch and jogging area.
The village is the ideal base for visiting the medieval towns of Umbria (Spoleto, Todi, Assisi, Montefalco, Gubbio, Norcia, Cascia, Foligno, Trevi) and the natural beauties such as the Marmore Falls, Lake Piediluco and Castelluccio under Mount Vettore.
In the garden there is a veranda with kitchen and dining area for 25 people (both indoor and outdoor) which can be used by groups who rent the village exclusively.
