Package Policies

What are the Check-in / Check-out times? On the day of arrival, your room will be ready by 3:00 PM at the latest. If you are in the region earlier, feel free to stop by – usually, rooms are cleaned earlier. Please note that check-in is normally possible until 10:00 PM. With prior notice, a Late Check-In can be arranged. Until 11:30 PM: Free / 11:30 PM - 01:00 AM: CHF 50 / 01:00 AM - 02:00 AM: CHF 100 / After 02:00 AM: CHF 200 Check-out is possible until 12:00 PM. Subject to availability and upon request, late check-outs are possible. 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM: CHF 60 / 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: CHF 150 / After 4:00 PM: CHF 200

Can I book Half-Board? Half-board offer at the Gourmet Restaurant Azalée (on pre-reservation only): • For 1-day stay: CHF 110 per person/day • For 2-day stay: CHF 90 per person/day • For stays of 3 days or more: CHF 70 per person/day Enjoy an exquisite 4-course menu at our renowned Gourmet Restaurant Azalée. Indulge in culinary delights carefully prepared by our talented kitchen team.

What if I have to cancel? Our cancellation policy is as follows: June, July, September, October, 1st half of December, 2nd half of January, March: +5 days before arrival: No cost / 5 to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the stay / 3 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the stay July, August: +7 days before arrival: No cost / 7 to 3 days before arrival: 50% / 3 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the stay 2nd half of December, 1st half of January: +15 days before arrival: No cost / 14 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the stay No-show: Guests who do not show up without prior notice will be charged a fee equivalent to the cost of the entire stay.

Wellness Area: Our private wellness area can be reserved for CHF 50 for 90 minutes. Reservation only and subject to availability. The area is equipped with a Finnish sauna, cold water pool, whirlpool, shower, Kettler exercise bike, and treadmill. If you wish for a massage, we will gladly inquire about the availability of masseur George Thomé. The massage can be enjoyed in the hotel's massage room.
