Love at First Sight

Casa Brooks is a beautiful oceanfront Cabo villa. This expansive home features a 16-person hot tub, and direct beach access, with plenty of privacy. Surrounding the property are large fire features and seating/lounging for large groups. The villa also features a formal dining area and gourmet kitchen. This Cabo San Lucas villa hosts 10-bedrooms on 2-floors. As part of the 10 bedrooms, the Villa has a separate, full apartment that has its own entrance and full kitchen. In addition, there is a den that can accommodate extra guests with 2 single-beds (on special request).

The Golf & Spa Resort Community, Cabo del Sol, is conveniently located just East of downtown Cabo San Lucas. The nearby Sheraton hotel has a gym, spa and several restaurants. Visit the clubhouse for a spectacular Sunday brunch!

If you love hanging out at the beach, Casa Brooks includes a SUP and double kayak on your own private cove around lighthouse point where whales breach, when in season. Usage depends on weather conditions.

Bookings during Thanksgiving require a 5-night minimum, while Christmas & New Years require a 7-night minimum.

Maximum occupancy of 22 guests, additional $100 USD per person per night over 18 guests.
