CASA Colombo Collection – Mirissa

Madamawatte, Kamburugamuwa, Mirissa, Sri Lanka
from/per night £

Yacht Safari - Whale and Dolphin Watching

Cruise Time: 3 to 5 hours. Departure at 6:30am from the hotel, and sailing at 7am from the Mirissa marina. Cruising time to the deep-sea area takes from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours.

What to wear and bring: White soled boating shoes or flip flops - Sun screen - Sun glasses - A hat - Some good luck

Notes: The Indian Ocean can be a little rough and you may experience some waves. If this is your first time or you suffer from motion sickness, we recommend you to take seasickness pills at least 1 hour before departure. Sightings especially during the whale season are very high. However, since whales and dolphins are migratory and often passing by, we can not guarantee sightings. The skipper and crew will use their best experience to find them for you and take you as close by as is safely possible. We do not recommend nor allow snorkeling or swimming with the whales and dolphins.
