All rooms and common areas have a breathtaking view directly onto the lake and especially to San Giulio Island. Located right in a small square of Pella, a typical Italian village, your days here will be spent walking along the lake hand in hand. This dream is casaFantini, a place that your host, Daniela Fantini (CEO of the family-owned company Fantini Rubinetterie), a radiant, courageous woman with an ever-present smile, intensely longed to transform into reality.
After Daniela passionately told architect Piero Lissoni about it, she was able to transform her vision, based on her love for the microcosm where she grew up, into a delightful retreat where the water and laketime spirit offer her constant rejuvenation. We want you to slow down here, to get back to yourself and your beloved, to the slow and serene rhythm of our lake, of the water that caresses your thoughts.

Casa Fantini is a contemporary and sophisticated house. Wood and stone are natural materials employed in the buildings that give a warm atmosphere, together with the interior decorations and textiles. The project has been designed by Piero Lissoni, who keeping the serene atmosphere of the place, created soft, bright and airy environments that express refined and fair luxury.
The property has only 9 rooms and 2 suites. All the rooms offer an exclusive “personal SPA” service through a comfortable shower cabin for two with a professional private hammam. All the spaces give intimate feelings, like a home. In the lounge chairs and sofas around the chimney, tables for two in the flowered garden, always viewing the lake.
The lounge: the true heart of our Casa, a space made for relaxation and leisure, with a selection of national and international newspapers and a collection of photography books. It’s the ideal atmosphere for slowing down, a place where you’re pampered by thoughtful little personal touches.
But the secret garden is where Casa Fantini will hopelessly enchant you. Here, where time almost stands still, you’ll enjoy unforgettable moments of pure peace. Here, the element of water returns to our pool as it whispers back to the lake.
Take advantage of a healthy swim by the outdoor pool and lie down on the deck chairs listening to the sound of the water and the singing of the birds.

Here local delicacies and traditional products from local farmers have guided Daniela Fantini’s choices in offering you breakfasts and fine aperitifs.
Light Breakfast: surrounded by the cozy atmosphere of the living room or our sweet-scented garden, or directly by your room, you won’t want to miss the freshly prepared omelettes, the fragrant coffee, and the croissants just out of the oven from the oldest bakery on the lake...
Aperitif: always at sunset, when the lake is first tinged with pink, then turns to silver, the light embraces the memories of the day, and the pleasant evening breeze becomes irresistible.
You can also order a light lunch or dinner that will be served directly from Blu Lago Café team. Blu Lago Café - Here Pella’s history and Piero Lissoni’s design merge to create a unique and exclusive meeting place. Open to the lake community as well, it features designer drinks.
