Payment and Cancellation Terms:

Prepayment for the Couples' Bliss package is required in cash. Guests must prepay for the package upon booking to secure their reservation. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of the experience will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date of the experience will not be eligible for a refund. Any changes to the reservation must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
