Reservations for experiences must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the booking fee. Any changes to the reservation must be made at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Participants must arrive punctually at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time. Please notify us in advance of any dietary restrictions or special requirements. All experiences are subject to weather conditions and may be canceled or rescheduled in case of inclement weather. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the experience location, unless otherwise specified. Minimum age requirements may apply for certain experiences.
