A peaceful haven erected in the nineteenth century, the Château was the setting for prestigious ceremonies organised by former residents, the Marquise of Preignes and Baron Empain. Following a full renovation in 2012 by the new proprietor, the Château is now reserved to rent for exclusive use.
With 5 grand reception halls, 9 magical suites and a sumptuous garden and grounds, the Château is the ideal place to organise an event, wedding or celebration.

We now also offer our "Just for Two" package for 950 € (including VAT) for 4 hours during the week - ideal for intimate ceremonies, romantic getaways or renewal of vows.

This is an exclusive hire venue for weddings and events. Designed to ensure first-class comfort, personalised service and refined furnishings, every detail reflects the spirit of the setting.
The Château estate covers 5 hectares of greenery, which is reserved for you alone and include gardens over three levels, an illustrious heritage of French classicism bordering a forest.
Venue and Accommodation Capacity: This noble, stone-built residence spread over four floors offers over 2000 square meters of living space: - The 5 salons: 300 m2 - The terrace: 170 m2 - 9 prestigious suites and rooms - The gardens : 5 hectares
Capacity: - Up to 150 guests for a seated dinner - Up to 150 guests for a cocktail - Accommodation up to 30 guests
Rates: The rates for the exclusive use of the Château vary according to different periods (High-Season and Winter Season) and to the number of guests invited to the reception.
For a weekday wedding with up to 30 guests, our rates start from: - 7.250 euros (VAT incl.) from October 1st to April 30th. - 9.500 euros (VAT incl.) from May 1st to September 30th.
These rates include: - The exclusive use of the Château one night & two days with accommodation of up to 30 guests - Tables and chairs for the wedding dinner Additional Services: Our team is devoted to bring the best possible service to our guests and with years of experience, we have made a selection of excellent partners.
What to Do
Just 30 kilometers from the center of Paris and 20 minutes from Charles de Gaulle Airport, the Château is located in the heart of Montmorency Forest. It offers a panoramic view of the Paris International Golf Club, an 18-hole course designed by golf legend Jack Nicklaus. A few other things to do nearby: - visit the Cercy-Pontoise Sport and Recreation Park. - visit the National Museum of Renaissance or the Louis-Senlecq Museum. - take a journey into the Montmorency forest and discover all the magic it has to offer.
