Love at First Sight
Set across 200 acres of vineyards, olive groves and Mediterranean countryside, Château St Pierre de Serjac is a restored vineyard estate that blends the authenticity of a working winery with the facilities of a luxury spa hotel. Offering elegant château hotel rooms, a renowned restaurant, a Cinq Mondes spa and a collection of luxury self-catering properties, the estate delivers a relaxed yet attentive experience inspired by the concept of an assemblage — where multiple elements come together in perfect balance.
Château St Pierre de Serjac provides a romantic and characterful backdrop for weddings, celebrations and private events in the South of France. The château hosts a limited number of weddings each year, ensuring a truly personalised experience supported by an in-house planning team. With multiple ceremony and reception spaces set among vineyards and gardens, and on-site accommodation for up to 140 guests, celebrations unfold over one or several days, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the estate.
Accommodation at the estate combines château elegance with villa-style independence. Guests can choose between eight refined hotel rooms within the château itself or a collection of 36 fully equipped self-catering properties converted from the original outbuildings. This flexible mix makes the estate equally suited to couples’ escapes, family holidays, group stays and large celebrations, all while enjoying access to the estate’s restaurant, spa and facilities.
Life at St Pierre de Serjac is shaped by nature, wine and well-being. Guests can explore vineyard trails on foot or by bike, enjoy guided wine tastings and workshops, relax by the infinity pool, or unwind in the Mediterranean spa. The estate also features a mini-farm, tennis court, kids club, yoga sessions, forest bathing, wine tourism experiences and curated local discoveries arranged by the concierge team — from oyster tastings to Canal du Midi walks.
Food and wine sit at the heart of the Serjac experience. The château restaurant serves seasonal Mediterranean cuisine created using produce from the estate’s vegetable garden and trusted local producers. Guests can dine indoors, on the terrace overlooking the vineyards, or enjoy private and themed dining experiences. The estate’s wine cellar and bars showcase a carefully curated selection of Languedoc wines, including the château’s own Chardonnay, Rosé and Syrah, alongside cocktails and craft beers.
