Package Policies
GUARANTEE POLICY All reservations require a credit or debit card number and expiry date to guarantee the booking. CANCELLATION POLICY No charge will be made for any booking cancelled 48 hours or more prior to 12.00 noon on your scheduled day of arrival. If you cancel your booking within the 48 hours prior to arrival, the full cost of your reservation will be charged. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by email to reservations@cotswoldhouse.com
