Package is included up to 40 guests. Above 40 guests we will charge THB 350 net per person for additional decoration and seating charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, TWO (2) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT, THE RESORT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RETAIN 50% OF THE TOTAL COST OF THE WEDDING PACKAGE AFTER TWO (2) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT FULL PAID AMOUNT IS NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

MISCELLANEOUS

THE RESORT REQUESTS THAT NO OUTSIDE FOOD OF ANY KIND IS BROUGHT INTO THE RESORT WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT AS IT WILL BE SUBJECT TO SERVICE CHARGES AND / OR LABOUR CHARGES IN THE EVENT OF ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS, MOST LIKELY DURING THE MONSOON SEASON (MAY – OCTOBER), IN THE INTERESTS OF SAFETY, THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RELOCATE OUTDOOR FUNCTIONS TO AN INDOOR VENUE FOR WHICH THERE WILL BE NOT ADDITIONAL CHARGES OR COMPENSATION
