Gather your favourite people and head north for an unforgettable group adventure in one of the most extraordinary small towns on Earth. Dawson City — known as “The Paris of the North” — sits at the confluence of the Yukon and Klondike rivers, surrounded by mountains, boreal forest, and a sky that stretches forever.
Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2023 as part of the Tr’ondëk-Klondike, this is a place where Gold Rush legends, Indigenous heritage, and raw northern wilderness collide.
This exclusive 6-day group package is designed for up to 12 guests, each with their own private room at the boutique Dawson Lodge. Enjoy guided tours of Tombstone Territorial Park and historic Dawson City, nightly dining at the Yukon Spa restaurant, and a private group takeover of the Yukon Spa with massage, facial, and dinner for everyone. Your Itinerary
Fly from Vancouver, Calgary, or Edmonton to Whitehorse, the gateway to Canada’s North. Enjoy a complimentary airport transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to explore Yukon’s capital as a group — stroll along the Yukon River waterfront, visit the MacBride Museum of Yukon History, browse local galleries and cafes, or simply take in the mountain views and fresh northern air. A great chance for everyone to settle in and get excited about what’s ahead.
Fly from Whitehorse to Dawson City — a spectacular journey over vast boreal forest and mountain ranges. On arrival, a transfer brings you to the Dawson Lodge, a boutique eco-friendly hotel in the heart of the historic downtown, steps from the Yukon River, heritage buildings, and Dawson’s famous wooden boardwalks. Each guest has their own private queen room with luxury Logan & Cove mattress, rain shower, and eco-friendly amenities. This evening, enjoy a 4-course group dinner at the Yukon Spa restaurant (drinks not included). After dinner, explore Dawson’s legendary nightlife together — try the infamous Sourtoe Cocktail at the Sourdough Saloon, catch a show at Diamond Tooth Gerties (Canada’s first legal casino and gambling hall), or wander the riverside trails under the midnight sun.
The adventure highlight. Depart at 9:30am for a full-day guided tour of Tombstone Territorial Park with Klondike Experience. Travel the iconic Dempster Highway by bus, stopping for breathtaking viewpoints and photo opportunities along the way. Tombstone is one of Canada’s most dramatic landscapes — jagged granite peaks, alpine tundra, pristine valleys, and wildlife around every corner. Visit the Interpretive Centre for an outstanding natural history display, then enjoy lunch at Tombstone Mountain Campground. After lunch, continue exploring the Dempster Highway or take an optional guided hike along the North Klondike River. A 7.5-hour day of pure Yukon wilderness. Return to the lodge and enjoy your second group dinner at the Yukon Spa (drinks not included).
Breakfast at the Yukon Spa café, then join the Klondike Stories tour — a 1.5-hour narrated driving tour of Dawson City’s key historical sites. From the region’s prehistoric past and the cultural story of the Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in, to the dramatic Gold Rush era and life in Dawson today, your local guide brings the town’s remarkable history to life from the comfort of an air-conditioned van. See historical landmarks, stop at key locations, and hear the stories that made this town famous. The rest of the day is free for the group to explore Dawson City. Visit the Tr’ondëk-Klondike UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Dänojà Zho Cultural Centre, Dredge No. 4 National Historic Site, the Dawson City Museum, the artists’ market, or walk along the mighty Yukon River.
Then comes the evening centrepiece: a private group takeover of the Yukon Spa. A facility that normally welcomes up to 30 guests becomes exclusively yours for three hours. Your group has the run of two saunas, the steam room, hot tub, swim spa, and indoor/outdoor relaxation areas — no one else around. Each guest receives a full massage and facial during the session. A 4-course group dinner is served at the spa during your private hire (drinks not included). Whether you’re soaking in the outdoor hot tub under the midnight sun or the northern lights, swapping stories in the sauna, or unwinding after your treatments, this is a shared experience your group will never forget. The entire spa, all to yourselves, for three unforgettable hours.
Final breakfast at the Yukon Spa café, then transfer to the airport for your flight back to Whitehorse. Check in to your Whitehorse hotel and enjoy a free afternoon and evening together — visit Miles Canyon, the Yukon Wildlife Preserve, or the Takhini Hot Springs, browse local galleries, or gather for a final group meal out to celebrate an extraordinary trip.
Complimentary airport transfer for your flight home to Vancouver, Calgary, or Edmonton. Say your goodbyes (for now) and depart with memories — and stories — that will last a lifetime.
