Perched above the olive groves and gardens of Del Sol Resort, Villa Del and Villa Sol are two beautifully built, semi-detached apartments offering stunning views of Skopelos Town and the sea. Just steps from the pool, these brand-new villas combine comfort, style, and relaxation in a private setting.

Each villa accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring:

• 2 bedrooms (flexible custom-made beds – double or twin)
• 2 modern en-suite bathrooms
• A equipped kitchen and dining area (indoor & outdoor)
• Private outdoor space with seating and dining areas

Villa Del includes a charming BBQ area perfect for long lunches or evening gatherings overlooking the bay, while Villa Sol offers a spacious two-level outdoor area with its own BBQ, stone bench, and lounge space above the pool.

Enjoy peaceful days surrounded by nature, olive trees, and panoramic views — all just a short distance from Skopelos Town.

Two small semi detached villas, have been lovingly constructed at the very top of Del Sol complex.

These two units are nestled on top of our rich Olive grove and gardens and just a few steps above Del Sol’s swimming pool. Indulge yourselves in the majestic views of Skopelos town and the sea beyond. Enjoy countless hours of relaxation by the pool while taking advantage of your very own lounge area.

Each apartment is designed to accommodate up to 4-5 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen.

The main entrance of the apartments leads to the comfortable kitchen and dining area. Here, you can prepare light meals in the equipped kitchen. Enjoy time together with family and friends while taking advantage of either the indoor dining set of table and chairs or outdoors. Main Bedrooms of Del & Sol.

The custom-made, wooden beds have been carefully designed to accommodate all your sleeping needs. They can be easily pulled together as a double or separated into two single beds. The en-suite bathrooms feature designer ceramic tiles for best hygienic practices. The glass-separated shower cabin has a wall-mounted and handheld shower as well as a top, rainfall showerhead.

2nd Bedrooms / Sitting Areas

These bedrooms face the front – poolside area with large windows overlooking the swimming pool and the bay across. The tilting, inward mechanism of these windows can also allow for natural airflow during the day or night.

Depending on the number of guests, this room can be used either as an extra living room area or the 2nd bedroom. The same custom-made bed frames can act as a corner couch, 2 singles or one double bed. There is an additional, en-suite bathroom with the same features here for your convenience.

Exterior Spaces of Del & Sol Villas

Del villa has a sheltered BBQ area surrounding the entrance to your apartment. This spacious area, with tables and chairs, will be your point of relaxation throughout the day or night. It will be the ultimate gathering space for your family or your friends. A place where you can have your morning coffee while enjoying the outdoors. The area where you can gaze out towards the bay of Skopelos and watch the boats and the world go by. The spot where you can count the shimmering lights of Skopelos town during the night while sipping a glass of wine with your dinner. This area is equipped with all necessary BBQ utensils and a set of chairs and table. There are just a few steps separating the BBQ area from an additional lower-levelled terrace. Here you can lounge your day away and sunbathe responsibly under the olive trees. Sol villa has a spacious and sheltered outdoor area with a set of table and chairs that can be used by your family or friends to enjoy some quality and care-free time. This private area expands onto 2 levels and leads to a common area just above the swimming pool.

An additional stone-made bench will give you extra space to relax. For those wishing to spend a night away from Skopelos town, a custom-made BBQ unit has been built for your convenience.

There you can grill some fresh, local produce along with quality meats from our butchers or treat yourselves with the catch of the day by the local fisherman.
