The Villa - sleeps 6-9 guests

This spacious two-storey villa comfortably accommodates 6 to 9 guests and offers flexibility for families, groups, or couples travelling together. It features three separate bedrooms, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, and three bathrooms, one of which includes a bathtub.

The villa can also be divided into three self-contained units: a large apartment on the upper floor and two independent studios on the ground floor — ideal for privacy or multi-generational stays.

Upper Floor – Main Apartment (Sleeps up to 5)

Designed for a family or group of up to 2 adults and 3 children, this bright and airy apartment features:

• A large separate bedroom with two terraces and stunning sea views
• A living room with a sofa bed and integrated kitchen area
• A mezzanine sleeping area for up to 2 guests
• A private veranda with sea view
• A bathroom with shower

Ground Floor – Two Studios

Each studio is self-contained and includes:

• A kitchen area
• A private bathroom (one includes a bathtub)
• A wheelchair-accessible ramp
• A spacious terrace with sea views
• Studio 1: Ideal for 2 guests
• Studio 2: Can accommodate up to 3 guests with an optional sofa bed

Additional Studios (Separate Building)

Two more semi-detached studios are located in another beachfront building. Each features:

• A combined bedroom and kitchen area
• A private bathroom
• A private garden with sea view, shaded seating area, and pergola
• One studio includes a built-in BBQ for alfresco dining

Custom-made wooden beds in all units can be arranged as a double or separated into two singles, offering flexibility for all sleeping needs. A sofa bed can be added in one of the studios to accommodate a third guest.
