Each of its four levels guides your transformative journey - Sphere Pool, tepidarium, Byzantine Hammam, salt cave, Watsu pool, yoga and fitness rooms and so much more, with treatments customised to address all your emotional and physical needs. Byzantine art and Zen minimalism create a dreamy ambience in all guest rooms, and delicious and healthy personalised nutritional plans ensure that your time at Euphoria Retreat is filled with absolute comfort and sensual pleasure.

Your Stay

All the mysticism and elegance of Euphoria Retreat combine with soothing colours, dreamy curves and touches of modern luxury, to create an atmosphere of absolute pleasure and relaxation in 45 spacious rooms and suites. Each with its own special energy, our guestrooms provide the perfect setting in which to relax and completely unwind.

With the most subtle touches in architecture and lighting, the yellows, golds and reds of the region’s Byzantine iconography are the inspiration for the rich colours and lavish textiles with which guestrooms are furnished – all the more striking within a design of Zen minimalism and the modern comforts of bio-climatisation and a home automation system. Our luxurious bedding and pillow menu ensure a perfect night’s sleep, on mattresses that are hand-made especially for Euphoria Retreat to follow the contours of your body. The addition of olive oil to the natural fabrics of our mattresses will contribute to your skin feeling soft and velvety and, through the natural antibacterial properties of olive oil, help combat the free radicals that cause signs of ageing even as you sleep.

What to Do

Guests can enjoy the many wellbeing programs available focusing on their area of interest such as De-Stress, Detox, Weight Loss, and Yoga and Fitness programs. Wellness travelers can enroll in a Signature Retreat or Mini-Retreat scheduled on specific dates throughout the year.

The Euphoria Retreat offers Spa cuisine with fresh, locally sourced ingredients highlighting Greek & Mediterranean cuisine. Meals for wellbeing programs are based on a scientific approach to nutrition focusing on metabolic wellness.

Luxury Travellers choosing not to include a wellbeing program during their visit can do so in the upper category accommodations starting from the Junior Suite. All guests can take advantage of the daily group wellness activities offered such as hiking, yoga, meditation, lectures, and more.

The Food of Love

In a land blessed by nature and near year-round sunshine, all the ingredients of the famed Mediterranean diet are in place to offer a unique nutritional experience that won’t just leave you feeling energised and healthy but also tastes delicious. Local and ancient recipes have been adapted at Euphoria Retreat to maximise their health benefits while retaining all the flavour and spirit of the surrounding Peloponnese countryside.

With a wide range of mouth-watering local produce, most food options – meat, vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan – are organic. Some will even have been grown in our vegetable & herb garden, and almost all of it is sourced from producers known by their first name.

Naturally healthy: It is then down to our team of expert nutritionists and talented chefs to work their magic. Extra-virgin olive oil, like salt, is added to finish a dish so that its nutritional properties are fully retained. Frying is, naturally, forbidden. All the meals enjoyed within the GAIA restaurant or in the Leoncini Mansion’s private dining room are made with healthy and wholesome ingredients, fresh herbs and vegetables, antioxidant-packed spices, and all the essential nutrients of Greek cuisine.

Healing food: Our dietary philosophy outlines that regular, smaller meals taken during the day are the optimal way to regulate the precise metabolic needs to detoxify the body, boost metabolism, fight inflammation and reinforce the immune system. In this way, the nutritional plans of guests enjoying spa programmes include two smaller snacks between main meals. A selection of nuts and seeds rich in essential therapy oils, herbal teas with extraordinary health benefits, and energy-giving protein shake ensures the delicious healing experience of Euphoria Retreat lasts right through your stay.
