Package Includes

• Minimum 3 nights stay in Premiere Garden (New Deluxe Garden) or Premiere Ocean (New Deluxe Ocean)
• Daily buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner wherever you like within the resort
• All beverages as per all-inclusive starting from 11.00 hour until just after midnight, and 1x restock minibar per day
• 1x Private Dinner with Candle Light for 2 Persons
• Room decoration on the first night (upon check-in)
• 1x 60 minutes Beach Massage for 2 persons
• Daily 2 pieces of Laundry per person (does not apply for dry cleaning). The benefit is accumulative, for example, stay 3 nights and get 6 pieces of Laundry per person.
• Complimentary entrance to the Cools Leisure Games Lounge, Karaoke Lounge, Gym Room,

Package Policies

Refundable cancellation policy:

-Low Season: If canceled before 7 days prior to arrival, no charge applies. If canceled with 7 days, 1-night cancellation policy applies.

-High Season (6th January - 10th February, 13th -29th April, 1st - 11th June, 29th June - 31st August, 28th Sept - 13th Oct, 15th - 24th December): If canceled before 14 days prior to arrival, no charges apply. If canceled within 14 days, 1-night cancellation policy applies.

-Peak Season (25 December - 5 January): If canceled before 21 days prior to arrival, no charge applied. If canceled within 21 days, 2-night cancellation policy applies.

-In the case of "NO SHOW", the full length of stay charges apply

-Cancellation & payment policy for 2 Bedroom Ocean View Apartment, 3 Bedroom Ocean View Apartment, and 3 Bedroom Villa. If cancel 30 days prior to arrival 1 night say would be charged and if no show, 100% of total accommodation will be applied.

-Non-refundable cancellation policy: No cancellation or modification allowed for non-refundable booking. In case canceled, full amount would be applied and no refund would be given
