Love at First Sight

The premier glamping pods have a 4ft 6 double bed, breakfast bar and 2 bar stools, large fridge, kettle, heater, plates, bowls, cups and cutlery inside. Outside there is a metal bistro set and a fantastic chimenea which can be used as a BBQ, for open fire cooking or just warmth. The toilets, showers and washing up area are a short walk away.

Enjoy 2 nights or more surrounded by the rolling Corvedale Hills which provide an ever changing living landscape / backdrop to the site Spend time outdoors, breathing deeply and just enjoy each others company and with the rare luxury of true quiet. There is no rush here, no schedules to keep, no distractions competing for your attention allowing you time to just be.
In the day you can just sit and relax and listen to the bird song and have some you time or enjoy a mooch around quaint medieval towns like Ludlow, castles and or wander / walk / hike / cycle whilst you explore and discover the beautiful Shropshire Hills country side with its spectacular views and small towns full of history.
In the evenings there is nothing more magical than cuddling up / sitting by the chimenea light the chimenea and sit round the fire with a brew / drink of your choice. Watching the sun go down and the sky change colour and let your conversation drift as darkness falls and the stars begin to appear – we experience some spectacular starry skies and shooting stars - unspoilt by street lights. You could even toast some marshmallows.
Your Stay
Your stay can be anything from 2 nights - you choose what suits you. You will enjoy a nice safe quiet environment giving you a chance to relax and enjoy time with your partner. You can choose whether to stay on site or go for a wander - you have the freedom to come and go as you like. We have other smaller glamping pods and a variety of touring pitches for caravans, motorhomes, campervans, tents should you wish to have adult friends or family share some time with you in this scenic spot.
What to Do
The beautiful Shropshire Hills offers plenty to discover / explore by car, bike or on foot with miles of walking and cycling. We are midway between Ludlow which offers a castle, river, independent shops, eateries brewery, gin distillery renowned farm shop and a popular market and Church Stretton another market town with access to the stunning Carding Milling Valley and Long Mynd. The historic Ironbridge Gorge and it's associated museums including Blist Hill Victorian Town is a short drive as is the quaint town of Much Wenlock. You can do as much or as little as you choose.
The Food of Love
Ludlow is a food lovers paradise with many excellent cafes, eateries and restaurants in the area. Ludlow Farms shop has won numerous awards and provides produce from it's own estate. Ludlow market sells a selection of locally produced food and drink products. For drink lovers Ludlow Brewery and Ludlow Gin Distillery both offer tours and even gin making schools. They also offer small samples for you to try to tempt you. Buy local produce and cook it on the chimenea which can be used as a BBQ or for open fire cooking and then enjoy alfresco dining. There are several very good pubs within a few miles all offering excellent food cooked on the premises and a choice of food. Should you wish to pick up a takeaway there is a fish and chip shop, Chinese and Indian in Craven Arms. You can also dine in at the Indian.
