This gorgeous 4-star boutique hotel in the Lens region of northern France has been lovingly converted from a former row of mining cottages and the hotel structure is an integral part of the surrounding mining region which recently became a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Food of Love
This new hotel aims to celebrate and share the heritage of the region also via the Galibot, the modern-day tavern open to both its guests and the public. The extension of the restaurant offers a lovely view over the restored workers’ gardens and the kitchens run by Chef Raynald Boucaut.
All the dishes are made using fresh produce only and the menu changes every day subject to deliveries.
