PRESIDENTIAL SUITE - 1 Bedroom Suite, 1 King, Bathrooms: 2, Sea view, Top floor, Balcony

A private elevator leads to the hotel's top floor where the Presidential Suite welcomes the most discerning travellers with resplendent space and the fine appointments of home. Breathtaking views overlook magnificent gardens and the Mediterranean Sea as the sun casts an ever-changing palette of colours on Mortorio Island in the distance.

Entering the living room, guests discover a welcoming open space filled with natural light and elegantly furnished with two plush white couches, an armchair, and tables of wicker and glass. The adjacent dining room includes a table for six, set with Rosenthal or Bulgari china. Terracotta floors, Orosei marble, hand painted tiles, authentic tapestries, wrought iron lamps with parchment shades, and artwork from throughout the island reflect the true style of Sardinia.

Both rooms open onto an expansive 25-square-metre terrace offering a generous living space with wicker armchairs, sofa and table, a Jacuzzi, and spectacular sea vistas.

Within this enclave of Sardinian elegance, the comforts of modernity are enjoyed with 36-inch flat screen television with satellite channels and a Bang & Olufsen stereo system complete with DVD and CD players and a choice of movies and compact discs. A writing desk includes a cordless telephone with data port, ideal for plugging in a laptop and dialling into the hotel's High Speed Internet Access. Guests will also appreciate the in-suite fax/photocopy machine.

Each of the suite's two bedrooms feature our signature Luxury Collection bed and pillow menu, a spacious full bathroom adorned with tile mosaics, a 32-inch flat screen television, artwork of Sardinian landscapes, and doors that open onto the terrace complete with tables and chairs. In the master bedroom, a trompe l'oeil coloured vase of flowers adorns one wall.

Designed with hand painted tiles and local marbles reflecting the colours of Sardinia, all three bathrooms are a statement in luxury. Rainshowers, mist-free mirrors, Acqua di Parma bath amenities, a linen kimono, aromatic bath salts, and hair dryer are among the many amenities offered.

The Presidential and Royal suites may be combined to create a palatial living space of 170 square metres offering three bedrooms, five bathrooms, two separate living and dining areas, and two grand terraces.
