Day 2: - rich breakfast buffet - one of our full body peels - the removing of old, dead skin cells will give you the feeling of a noticeable smooth and soft touch of your skin - 2-course Wellness Lunch - With a full body wrap you can effort different effects: Choose between an evening primrose oil cream wrap (for renewed shine; also for dry and stressed skin, particularly suitable for sensitive and mature skin), a cleopatra wrap (with hydrating goats milk butter, nuriting oils, vitamins and minerals for a silky and soft skin) or an algae purification wrap (your metabolism will be stimulated and blood circulation improved) - Total relaxation from head to toe with a closing 60-minute relaxation massage
Day 3 - Start you day active with a jogging tour - if possible accompained by our Gener Manager Clemens Hunziker - rich breakfast buffet - Hydromassage food bath for pure relaxation for activating the reflex zones including a foot peel. To help you relax, you will be given an energy flow massage.
