Our four houses are all within walking distance of each other. We built from re-claimed materials to reduce the impact on the natural world.

Each house has it’s own quirky atmosphere with the stunning biodiversity of the South Downs National Park as the backdrop with Wonderous view of sunsets and sunrises to the horizon.

Delight in The Frida Kahlo room in the The Mill House, or the Japanese Sauna with Solid rock cold plunge entirely for the use of guests at Tree Tops.

Relax into the sensuous luxury of The Indian room in House on the Brooks.

There are Bothy’s or Vintage Classic Airstream Caravan for flexibility in numbers. Furniture and antique architectural salvage from around the world.

Close enough to the sea to have a beach day as part of your walk or sun bathing agenda.

Each house has the benefit of it’s own private garden. Raised Firepits can be used for BBQ’s or for gathering around for evening fun.

Walks into the Wild Brooks or into the Bluebell Woods from the door to find your earth soul. Our team is committed to ensuring your guests have life memorable experiences.

If music be the food of love, play on! If walking into the wilds of West Sussex and your kindred breathes upon a bank of violets, turn your hearts evermore to each other. Then this is the place for you. Walks in the woods, dragonflies or kingfishers by the river, or watch the cormorants fish for their supper. Firelit evenings around our rasied firepits.
