Package Policies

  • Prices are inclusive of VAT and services mentioned above. City tax of 3.60€ per person, per night, payable at the hotel, is not included
  • Package not bookable during Holiday Season and Special Event Dates
  • Booking can be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total cost
  • In the case of extreme weather conditions, determined solely at the service provider’s discretion, the boat/gondola ride may be suspended. You will be notified and refunded the portion of the package cost if the case of cancellation. The boat operates on a pre-established route. Hence, en route stops are not permitted
  • No credit will be issued for any unused service unless stated otherwise
