• Package not bookable during Holiday Season and Special Event Dates
• Booking can be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total cost
• In the case of extreme weather conditions, determined solely at the service provider’s discretion, the kayaking tour may be suspended. You will be notified and refunded the portion of the package cost if the case of cancellation
• No credit will be issued for any unused service unless stated otherwise
