Package Policies

Terms and Conditions: - Offer valid April, 23 to December, 16, 2021 - Package based on 2 persons - Spa treatments are extra and must be booked in advance - Inclusions cannot be transferred or encashed

Deposit: Any booking becomes effective only after the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay (minimum 1 night stay for short stays until 4 nights), deductable at the end of the stay. Any stay that has started will be invoiced totally.

Room reservations can not be subject to the availability of activities. Any activity requested and not available will not lead to cancellation (especially as the activities are subject to weather conditions).

Cancellation: The deposit is kept by the hotel-keeper for any booking cancelled 30 days or earlier to the beginning of the stay. If cancellation comes over 30 days before the stay, the deposit will be paid back minus EUR 25.00 expenses.

Optional insurance cover: +30 €/night with possible cancellation up to 3 days ahead of stay.

Modifications in the stay: In case you change the date of arrival and/or date of departure, the amount of the initial stay will be fully charged, as compensation, unless prior acceptance of the reservation team.

  • Departure: Check-out is at 11:00 am.
  • Arrival: Instants d'Absolu will do their best to have your room ready as soon as possible. It may however not be possible before 4:00 pm. All reservations are held until 6:00 pm on the day of arrival. In case of late arrival.
  • In case of no show, the full stay will be charged.
  • Check-in: 4:00 to 6:00 pm.
  • Check-out: 8:00 to 11:00 am.
