Package Policies

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The wedding packages are applicable for up to 30 guests, including the couple. An additional charge of THB 500++ per person applies for any additional guests.
• All prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
• Any unused portions of the package are non-refundable, either in cash or in kind.
• Floral upgrades, imported flowers, and bespoke decorative concepts can be arranged upon request and are subject to additional charges.
• Accommodation for guests, meals, and any services not specifically stated in the package inclusions are not included.
• A seasonal surcharge of THB 10,000++ applies for weddings held during the peak season from 1 November to 31 March.
• Wedding ceremonies are not available during the festive blackout period from 20 December to 10 January (inclusive).
• Marriage registration, certificates, and legal arrangements are not included and must be arranged directly by the couple with the Embassy in Bangkok and/or the relevant district office, where applicable.
