Gold Wedding package

This is the "medium" package perfect for groups up to 30 guests. This special package includes a private cocktail hour after ceremony.

Package Includes

• Three courses dinner with the Gold menu.
• Menu tasting for two people, maximum 4 days before the Wedding. (We don’t make the tastings on weekends)
• Drink uncorking, including ice, soft drinks, pineapple, orange and cranberry juices, water and tomato juice, for five hours.
• Basic audio system for ceremony.
• Cocktail hour (margaritas and daiquiris)
• Ceremony and reception set up, with round banquet tables, banquet chairs, white linens and chair bows of the color of your choice.
• Beach ceremony gazebo decorated with white fabrics.
• Deluxe floral centrepiece for the ceremony table.
• Courtesy Wedding night in European plan, for the bride and groom, with ocean view (subject to availability).
• Special room rates for the guests (subject to availability and/or seasons).
• Site inspection pre-wedding and first anniversary special room rates for the couple.
• Romantic amenity on the room with a sparkling bottle of wine.

Package Policies

Stay policies: The Hotel doesn’t ask your guest for a minimum stay. The hotel is not compromised to block any room group for the event, if the client does not indicate so.

Guests guarantee: - The increased of the Wedding guest guarantee must be in writing. - The guest guarantee can increase the 10% one week before the Wedding; the client must have paid this increase 3 days before the Wedding. In case the event is not fully paid 3 days before the date, the hotel will not be responsible for the missing dinner places nor the missing set up space. - The decrease guest guarantee is not permitted once the contract is fully signed and the down payment is already made. - The hotel is obligated to consider a 10% food and beverage last moment increase, in case it is used, this extra 10% must be fully paid at the moment the increased is confirmed.

Reservations: - The hotel has the obligation of reserving only the courtesy night in European plan for the couple’s wedding night, according to the selected wedding package.

Cancellations: - The client has a 5 labour days due date after signing the contract, to make the event cancellation without any responsibility on her/his part, in which case the hotel will obligated to reimburse all paid amounts. If the cancellation is required after this 5 labour days, the hotel will indemnify all probable expenses for even a 20% of the total Price that could be made for the service of the event execution order.
