Package Policies

  • Reservation is subject to Property’s acceptance, according to availability and must be made at least 15 days prior to the arrival date.
  • Payment must be made via bank transfer, 50% as deposit upon booking and balance at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. We cannot accept payments by debit/credit cards.
  • It is necessary to give notice of cancellation within 14 days before arrival date, otherwise the deposit will not be refunded.
  • PLEASE NOTICE: the Guest Apartment is accessible by stairs only, so it’s not suitable for people with motor disabilities.
