Please note the following information for your convenience-:
If you are staying with us for more than one night, we will automatically service your of your bedroom, if however you do not wish to receive this service, please let us know on your arrival. We will of course be happy to provide items you might require such as additional towels, toiletries, or tea/coffee - please let reception know before you depart for your day out and our housekeeping team will provide the items accordingly.
Check-in: Your room will be available to check in from 3pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-out: Check out is 11am on the morning of your departure. If you require a later check out our reception team will be happy to check availability for you. A late check out will incur an additional fee. of £25.00 per hour.
Breakfast: Is served from 08:00am to 10:00am daily.
Dinner: Is served each evening from 6pm with last seating at 8.30pm
Your package terms will not automatically dictate a table reservation for dining therefore to avoid disappointment we strongly advise guests to book a table for dinner at the time of reserving your accommodation.If you have any allergies or food intolerance please ensure you advise in advance in order that we can prepare the necessary arrangements for you.
We are a no-smoking hotel and operate our policies as such, therefore a breach of this policy will incur a charge of £250.00 automatically added to your account. There are areas outside which you are welcome to use.
Cancellation Terms: Confirmed reservations cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival are liable to be charged in full for the stay cancelled.
We are able to accept payment by Visa or Mastercard or Switch/Maestro. We DO NOT ACCEPT American Express.
