Package Policies

ATV Adventure Add-On Package – Policy 🏍️

• Advance Reservation: The ATV Adventure Package must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability with Cabo Rojo ATV.

• Subject to Availability: All ATV tours are subject to availability and weather conditions.

• Age Requirement: Drivers must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license. Passengers must meet the safety requirements established by Cabo Rojo ATV.

• Safety Rules: All participants must follow the safety guidelines and instructions provided by the tour guides before and during the ATV experience.

• Waiver Requirement: Guests may be required to sign a liability waiver before participating in the ATV tour.

• Non-Refundable Add-On: Once the ATV tour is scheduled and confirmed, the add-on is non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: If your reservation is rescheduled, the ATV tour may also be rescheduled based on availability.

• Arrival Time: Guests must arrive on time for the scheduled tour. Late arrivals may result in cancellation without refund.

• Third-Party Service: The ATV tour is operated by Cabo Rojo ATV, and Madre Tierra Glamping is not responsible for operational changes, delays, or cancellations related to the tour provider.
