Package Policies

Celebration Decoration Package – Policy

• Advance Request: The Celebration Decoration Package must be requested at least 48 hours before your arrival to allow proper preparation.

• Non-Refundable Add-On: Once the package has been confirmed and prepared, it is non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: If your reservation is rescheduled, the package may also be moved to the new date subject to availability and with proper notice.

• Setup Time: All decorations will be set up prior to guest arrival to ensure the surprise experience.

• Personalization: Personalized balloon messages must be provided at the time of booking. If no message is provided, a generic celebration message may be used.

• Food & Beverage: The mini cake and wine are prepared through local vendors and may vary slightly in presentation depending on availability. Guests must be 21 years or older to consume alcoholic beverages.

• Damage Policy: Decorations are intended for enjoyment during your stay. Any intentional damage to property or decoration setup may result in additional charges.

• Availability: Decoration packages are subject to availability and may not be available during certain high-demand dates.
