Model Farm is a country house consisting of an impressive Victorian front to a 17th century farmhouse and cider barn. The accommodation is all in one house, sleeping 25 in 10 bedrooms, 6 en-suite with 4 bathrooms. There are 3 lounges, 2 kitchens a dining room and and a large orangery which can be used as a function room.

There are 4 acres of landscaped gardens with large selection of different plants designed around being wildlife friendly. There is a log fired Scandinavian style Hot Tub seating 8 people and several patio areas, one covered by a log fired pizza oven. There is a large swimming pond and plenty of seating throughout the grounds. We also have a croquet lawn, outside games area and and ample off road parking and a free to use electric car charger.

We specialise in large groups often for the weekend, but are happy to provide accommodation at any time of the week or year, with a minimum of 2 nights. We are happy for all types of group to stay apart from very young adults and stag parties. We also allow up to 3 dogs per group.
