The Suite

A 28 sq.m. large studio apartment, for two, three or four people, where you can add one or two camping beds. Handmade terracotta floor, fine finishings, hand painted furniture and ancient stucco. Separate entrance on the ground floor, no close rooms, panoramic view from the pool, from Celle to Noli Cape.

The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses and pots and a first reserve of oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, tea and still and sparkling water. Valve operated gas hob with legal standards.

Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and complimentary bath products. Terry bathrobes and slippers are also included.

Private garden, equipped with table, chairs and beach umbrella, overlooking the sea.

Flat screen TV, air conditioning / heating, free wi-fi.

Price list for the double room / a day:

• November, December, January, February, March: 150 € (prepaid rate: 135 €)
• Christmas time (from 23rd Dec to 7th Jan), April, Easter, May, October: 195 € (prepaid rate: 175 €)
• June and September: 205 € (prepaid rate: 185 €)
• July and August (one week, from Saturday to Saturday): 245 € (prepaid rate: 220 €) From 21st Jul to 18th Aug: 260 € (prepaid rate: 235 €)

Price list for the triple room / a day:

• November, December, January, February, March: 195 € (prepaid rate: 175 €)
• Christmas time (from 23rd Dec to 7th Jan), April, Easter, May, October: 225 € (prepaid rate: 205 €)
• June and September: 245 € (prepaid rate: 220€)
• July and August (one week, from Saturday to Saturday): 290 € (prepaid rate: 260 €)
• From 21st Jul to 18th Aug: 310 € (prepaid rate: 280 €)

Price list for the quadruple room / a day:

• November, December, January, February, March: 215 € (prepaid rate: 195 €)
• Christmas time (from 23rd Dec to 7th Jan), April, Easter, May, October: 255 € (prepaid rate: 230 €)
• June and September: 285 € (prepaid rate: 255 €)
• July and August (one week, from Saturday to Saturday): 310 € (prepaid rate: 280 €)
• From 21st Jul to 18th Aug: 340 € (prepaid rate: 305 €)

The prepaid payment discount is applied when the customer pays the total amount at least three months before booking.

FAMILY PLAN:

• Room with two adults, from 0 to 3 years 10 € for cot, linen and small breakfast.
• From 3 to 16 years 45 € in the room with parents.
• For the months of July, August we only rent complete weeks.
• Small and medium-sized dogs are accepted, always agreeing in advance at a cost of € 8.00 per day.
