Oceana Honeymoon Package
On arrival at lunchtime you would enjoy a lazy lunch admiring the view and then go for a game drive around the reserve. Returning back to the lodge you have a freshly turn downed Suite with a romantic private In-Suite dining setup. A 5 course gourmet meal is served with a complimentary bottle of sparkling or house wine. In the morning we’ll serve you a cosy breakfast in bed and then get you down to the beach deck to relax or go for a stroll on the sand. Lunch is served on the beach and thereafter we bring you back to the lodge for you to indulge in spa treatments or relax in your suite. Dinner is served in your suite or in the main lodge, it’s entirely up to you! On returning to your suite you’ll also have a gourmet bubble bath ready for you to enjoy. In the morning we’ll serve breakfast before you check out.

Package Policies
Rates are: -Quoted, invoiced and payable in ZAR. -Include 15% VAT. -Subject to change without prior notice. -Private and confidential—we suggest a minimum mark-up of 5%. -Quoted per person per night, based on a maximum of two adults per room, or on a single basis. -50% single supplement on the per person rate. -Singe adult sharing with children are charged single supplement rates. -Inclusive of accommodation, meals, selected beverages and game drives. Any additional expenses to be settled upon departure.
Child Policy: -This policy applies to all children from 0 up to and including 11 years old. Children from 12 years and older are considered as adults and will therefore require their own room at the applicable rates. -Children 0 to 3 years old are accommodated on a complimentary basis when sharing with 2 adults. -Children 4 to 11 years are accommodated at a 50% supplement of adult sharing rate, when sharing with 2 adults. -Children not sharing with adults (occupying their own room) will be charged at the full adult rate.
Bookings and Payment policy:
-Provisional bookings are subject to availability; i.e.: should we have limited suites available, only confirmed bookings will be accepted.
-Provisional bookings are not available to reservations between 20 December to 10 January (travelling dates).
-Full names of guests travelling will be required to convert the status from provisional to confirmed.
-Bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be held for a maximum of 72 hours.
-Bookings made 60 - 90 days prior to arrival will be held for a maximum of 7 working days.
-Bookings made more than 90 days prior to arrival will be held for a maximum of 14 working days.
-Any discrepancies on the confirmation or invoice must be addressed with reservations within 7 days of issue.
-A deposit amount of 50% is required upon booking.
-The full balance is required at least 30 days prior to arrival.
-A 5% handling fee applies to all credit card payments.
-All bank charges are for the Agent’s account and will not be paid by Oceana.
Group: Deposit, Payment & Cancellation
-This policy applies to bookings of eight (8) or more adults.
-A 25% non-refundable deposit may be requested at time of booking in order to secure rooms, dependent on season.
-A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable 90 days prior to arrival.
-Full pre-payment (100%) is required 60 days prior to arrival, final rooming lists and requirements to be received 30 days prior to arrival.
-Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will require full pre-payment at time of booking.
Cancellations:
-Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgement of cancellations from reservations.
-25% of fee if cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival.
-50% of fee if cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival.
-100% of fee if cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival.
Peak Season (20 December – 10 January)
-50% of fee if cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival.
-100% of fee if cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Visitors information: -Transfers can be arranged with reservations on request and prior to arrival at additional costs. -We highly recommend that travel insurance is taken out.
Waiver: -Oceana reserves the right to release bookings should payment not be received by the requested date. -Oceana retains the right to admit or remove any guests whose behaviour impacts negatively on the hotel property, other guests and / or staff.
