Situated high up in the Marina Rise, this 382m apartment has the benefit of tranquillity in the heart of the mother city. From all the rooms and immense terrace guests enjoy views of the waterways, city and Table Mountain with Devils Peak and Signal Hill on either side. Inside, prominent artists adorn the walls and spaces. This home away from home includes two lounges, a 12 seater dining room, boardroom table, expansive desk, computer and printer, and a private gym with massage bed. On each end are the bedrooms, both with bathrooms ensuite and walk-in closets. The master bedroom has his-and-hers bathrooms including a steam shower. For added convenience there is a full kitchen, with its own separate entrance for your own personal chef, as well as a separate “butlers room” next door.
