Flexi rate cancellation policy:

35% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, as a security deposit; this amount is non-refundable and can be charged at any time. The remaining sum will be paid upon arrival. The customer can cancel at no additional cost up to 8:00 am 5 days before the check-in date. In case of cancellations beyond this limit, and in case of no-show, the remaining sum will be charged.
