In late spring (second half of June) the great plain of Castelluccio di Norcia becomes the stage for a particular natural phenomenon called "The Flowering" after the simultaneous flowering of dozens of different floral species, an incredible mosaic of colours breaking the chromatic monotony of the grazing lands and able to fill eyes and heart.This is a real emotion, a magic place where men and nature blend themselves and find their harmony. And, just a few meters from the main square in Norcia, in the basement of the Palazzo Seneca Relais & Châteaux, a mystic silence surrounds the rooms of the Wellness Centre. Cross-vaulted ceilings and ancient stone floors are the perfect frame for your peace. The intimacy of the Sala Sibilla is reserved for couples, with massage beds and a design hot tub with chromo-therapy in which to relax and experience romantic moments.

Oil Tasting - Let yourself be guided by the staff of Palazzo Seneca in the tasting of the various pressings of the typical Umbrian extra virgin olive oils. All this in a typical mill in Montefalco, where you can learn all about the life cycle of the olive.
