Package Policies

Package must be booked at least 7 days before arrival. In order to guarantee delivery of all services included, guests must stay in resort minimum 2 nights. If cancellation notice is received within 2-4 days of the expected arrival date, guest is responsible for 100% of room charge for the whole period (total stay). The 100% is also applied to no-shows.

At least, 70% of the package rate must be made in order to reserve the room for your arrival.
