Not only will you enjoy extra space, you’ll still get unobstructed ocean views and a location that’s just steps from the Clubhouse—The Ranch’s main hub and home to La Finca y El Mar restaurant. These Residences feature a kitchen, living room, extra powder room, and small exterior patio on the lower level. Upstairs, you’ll find all three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king beds, and the third has a pair of twin beds. Additionally, the primary bedroom has its own ocean-facing patio—an ideal spot for morning coffee or a midday moment of relaxing solitude.
