Cancellation Notice Ahead of Arrival Date and Fee:

  • More than 210 days/7 months - 10% (retained from deposit paid – balance will be refunded)
  • 120-209 days -30% (deposit paid is retained in full)
  • 119-60 days - 40%
  • 59-30 days - 80%
  • Within 30 days - 100%

In addition to the cancellation fees above, the Hotel reserves the right to pass on any additional fees it has incurred in the planning of this booking for such items as, but not limited to, the hiring of specialised equipment, entertainment bookings, and special food/dietary requirements

In all instances of Cancellation by the Client, and at the discretion of the Hotel, the Hotel will aim to reimburse the Client for some/all Cancellation fees charged where the Hotel is able to resell rooms and/or services on a like-for-like basis, less an administration fee. In addition the Hotel will not make a charge for externally contracted services requested by the Client where cancellation does not incur any charge to the Hotel
