A B&B with authentic style and atmosphere
Tradition and innovation are the key concepts of the Relais & Maison Grand Tour and the atmosphere is that of an elegant Florentine house furnished with care and style where every single detail dates back to a time long gone. Each suite is equipped with the greatest comforts to experience a romantic, authentic, and unforgettable stay. As you enter you will notice original floors, dating back to the 18th century, handcrafted lamps, which emanate a soft light outlining the antique furniture, family paintings, terracotta details, and decorated ceilings play a predominant role.
The interior of the building has been restored and modernized with gentle care while many traces of its eventful past have been preserved to give identity and warmth to the environment; like gold embellishments on the ceilings, traces of frescos on the walls, or a fountain dating from the 16th century that decorates the plant-filled patio on the main floor. The predominant feature of this place is a small private theatre dating back to the 18th century.
Weddings
Once our building used to house a small private theater that represents the most interesting feature of the structure. The space is normally furnished as a complete apartment and accommodates up to 7 people, but it can also be used as a space to organize tailor-made events such as intimate ceremonies, or ad hoc experiences. On occasion and booked in advance, it is also possible to reserve the entire structure and give your event the requested exclusivity. The possibilities are endless, and we can help you make your dream come true!
There are 6 suites for a total capacity of 20 guests plus a space that in addition to being a complete apartment is also a suitable space for organizing a tailor-made event. Here is the arrangement:
Maison Grand Tour, on the ground floor, offers romantic suites that can accommodate up to three people each and have bathrooms of modern standards, and doors and windows that open onto a plant-filled patio, yet away from the noise of the city.
Each suite is equipped with a private bathroom (s), air conditioning/heating, well cared for antique furniture like armchairs & desks, and shows off decorative details of days gone by. You also have access to snack facilities, a mini-fridge, and the most important feature is the tranquility that each space offers its guests.
The “Relais & Maison Grand Tour" is located in Via Santa Reparata 21, in a historical & cultural triangle between the Accademia Gallery, the Duomo, and San Lorenzo.
