Duplex Seaview Apartment

The Duplex Sea View apartments are large (over 100sqm) and very bright. Overlooking the marina, they are arranged on two floors and have two large terraces equipped with a dining table with chairs, a sun umbrella and sunbeds. Inside there are two large double bedrooms with king-size beds, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, a living room with kitchenette, dining table and sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower, the colors of the sky on the walls and the colors of the forest for the floor.

The allocation of the apartments will be made only a few days before the arrival date. If you have a particular apartment preference, please let us know.

Free WiFi access is available in the Apartments, Network: RESORT and our Password: resort2015. We offer rooms with comfortable queen sized beds ideal for couples or pairs, as well as larger rooms for families or groups of up to six people, each with its own private terrace. Enjoy the great outdoors and the starry night sky.

Need not worry about the safety of your belongings as all the apartments are equipped with individual lockers. Secure your money, jewels and any valuable items inside the safe located in the main bedroom. Instruction can be found inside the safe. Resort Baia Scarlino is not responsible for money, jewels, personal belongings, valuables which might result damaged, stolen or left unattended in the apartments. We have the pleasure to inform you that during the night there si the secury service available in the Resort and Marina area. Need not worry about the parking. You can park in the underground garage where there is the parking space dedicated to your accommodation. Some spaces are also available in the outdoor parking (hill side).
