This type of apartment has a floor area of 45 sqm (terrace from 10 sqm) featuring a double bedroom, a bathroom, living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace with umbrella and dining table. All apartments are leased fully furnished and complete with accessories, such as plates, glasses, cutlery, cups, pots and pans in the kitchen, hair dryer, towels, bathrobes and bathroom amenities; sheets and blankets in the rooms. They could not, of course, miss the TV and DVD player. There is free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room and private terraces for each apartment with partial sea views. A private garage.

Free WiFi access is available in the Apartments, Network: RESORT and our Password: resort2015. We offer rooms with comfortable queen sized beds ideal for couples or pairs, as well as larger rooms for families or groups of up to six people, each with its own private terrace. Need not worry about the safety of your belongings as all the apartments are equipped with individual lockers. Secure your money, jewels and any valuable items inside the safe located in the main bedroom. Instruction can be found inside the safe. Resort Baia Scarlino is not responsible for money, jewels, personal belongings, valuables which might result damaged, stolen or left unattended in the apartments. We have the pleasure to inform you that during the night there is the security service available in the Resort and Marina area.

Need not worry about the parking. You can park in the underground garage where there is the parking space dedicated to your accommodation. Some spaces are also available in the outdoor parking (hill side).
