Package Policies

• Cancellation/No Show Policy o Cancellation made after confirmation, 50% from the total estimated proposal will be charged. o Cancellation made within 60 days prior to the event date, 100% from the total estimated proposal will be charged. o No Show must be paid without reliance on billed vouchers since the guests did not arrive in the Villa, no voucher will be submitted.

• Payment: Full Prepayment o 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. o A full non-refundable pre-payment must be received by the latest 60 days prior to the guest’s arrival dates. If the relevant payments are not confirmed by due dates, Saba Estate Luxury Villa Bali shall not guarantee definite reservations for any circumstances.
